We Give Thanks for Jenny Spearen
Jenny Spearen has served the South Carolina Synod since May of 2005 when she began as Administrative Assistant to the Rev. Kathy Chartier. She later served as Administrative Assistant to the Rev. Ginny Aebischer, Assistant to the Bishop. In 2012, Jenny began her role as Executive Administrator to both Bishop Herman Yoos and the Rev. Ginny Aebischer and continued to serve in this role up until now. Jenny is moving to North Carolina to be closer to her fiancé, whom she will marry later this year. She will be joining the North Carolina Synod Staff as the Supply Coordinator and Administrative Assistant.
We Welcome Deacon Deborah Poole
Deacon Deborah Poole recently retired from full-time ministry. She served as Director of Youth and Children at Mt. Hermon, West Columbia and Coordinator of Family Ministries at Pisgah, Lexington. She and her husband, Steve, live in Lexington with their two dogs. She is joining the South Carolina Synod staff as Children and Youth Coordinator.
