The Inclusiveness Network of the South Carolina Synod invites you to visit the International African American Museum on Saturday, October 7, 2023.
The International African American Museum opened in Charleston earlier this year. The museum offers visitors the chance to engage with history through transformative storytelling, remarkable artifacts and exhibitions, and a uniquely impactful power of place.
The Inclusiveness Network of the South Carolina Synod invites you to share this experience with a group of faithful Lutherans! We will visit the museum at 11:00 AM and follow up with conversation and refreshments at St. Matthew’s Lutheran at 2:00 p.m. Our time together will wrap up around 4:30 p.m.

Tickets will be purchased through Event Brite (https://scsynodinclusivenessevent.eventbrite.com) and you can also find the link and information about the trip on the South Carolina Synod website. You will purchase your tickets at our group rate. We will meet at the museum at 10:30 a.m. and enter as a group at 11:00 a.m.
