It’s a Wrap!

The Synod Executive Staff, Bishop Ginny, Pastor Rick, and Deacon Kimberly, have just concluded a whirlwind tour of the Synod’s 9 conferences.

The goals were to connect with our Synod’s rostered leaders, delve into scripture for grounding and pondering, and to explore how we lead our communities in this time. We are grateful for the participation and for rich reflection and conversations. Special thanks to our Conference Deans for their hospitality and Deborah Slice for working with the Deans to coordinate meeting dates, time, place and food.

The Mission Statement of the Synod is “Equipping church leaders to develop impactful faith communities and disciples of Jesus.”

How do we best resource and support you, our rostered leaders, and our lay leadership?

Together we can leverage our resources and do things that congregations cannot fund or manage on their own. We look to you to help us identify those opportunities that will be most impactful for our communities to grow in faith and discipleship.
