Meet the people of the Southwestern Diocese of Tanzania

No experience necessary!

Please join us as the South Carolina Synod returns to visit our Global Companions, the Southwestern Diocese of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania.

Here’s what you need to know.

• We will depart on July 11, 2023, and return on July 29, 2023. (Subject to change)
• Travel to the South Western diocese to meet the people and to work together in ministry. 
• No experience is necessary other than a willing heart. 
• We will have several required training meetings. The first meeting will be in December 2022. 
• The approximate cost is $6,500; this includes the application fee, travel fees, and required travel insurance.
• Seat deposit + insurance due in December (approx. $750.00)
• You will need a passport; immunizations and visas are required
• Trip incidentals and souvenirs are not included in the price. 

The application deadline is December 31, 2022.
