Our lives are journeys of faith and generosity. As our faith matures and deepens, so does the way we support our families, our church and our neighbors around the world. Through a national network of gift planners, the ELCA Foundation works with congregational members to create life-giving plans to ensure that successful and lasting legacies are passed onto their loved ones and the ministries they care about.
Our gift planners and staff guide members through a discovery process that helps uncover the ministries most important to them. The process also helps members understand legacy gift planning by answering four basic questions:
- Which ministries do I want to help?
- What amount makes a difference, and how much should I give?
- Which financial resources can I use to make planned gifts?
- When should I make the gift?
The role of the ELCA Foundation is to provide all the information you need to make informed decisions, while always considering you and your family’s current and future needs. The gift planning services we provide are confidential and made available to individuals without obligation.
Whether it is a gift today or in the future, the ELCA Foundation will support you in your call to live faithfully and generously with gifts to ELCA ministries that mean the most to you.
God’s work is calling you, and our gift planners are here to help.
