By Ashley Lucas, Fitness and Wellness Director at The Heritage at Lowman
Join us Tuesday, December 8, for a new educational series at the Heritage at Lowman.
This new series will focus on the theme of grief. Grief is a natural and normal part of living and loving. Like going to the dentist or taking our car to the shop, it is unavoidable and something we have to deal with. This series will cover various aspects of grief to help us better care for ourselves and the ones we love when grief hits. In easy to swallow doses our grief experts will share some of their favorite tips for coping with the pain of grief.
December 8th will be the first of this new series and will focus on grief and getting through the holidays. Grief can make the holidays especially difficult. During this session you will learn tips for coping during the holiday season and different ways to honor the memory of your loved one on special days.
