SCCACWebLogoThe South Carolina Christian Action Council invited all clergy to Clergy Advocacy Day on March 29, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Goal: to equip clergy and people of faith for the Holy work of public policy advocacy for the common good.

This IS NOT about partisan politics.

The 2016 SC Christian Action Council Clergy Advocacy Day IS ABOUT building skills and knowledge in order to advocate in local communities and with Legislature to shape legislation so that:

  • ALL children in SC receive high quality education.
  • Vulnerable people in SC have access to quality, affordable healthcare.
  • Safety for everyone is increased by reducing Gun violence.

Presentations and workshops at this awareness/training event will equip participates to advocate on these (and other issues) in their congregations, communities, at the South Carolina State House and beyond.
