Lutheran Services Carolinas’s South Carolina Philanthropist of the year is Grove Medical, Inc., based in Greenville.

“We have enjoyed a partnership with LSC since 2009,” says Rob Arnold, Grove’s vice president of business development. “I truly believe it’s our similar cultures and company atmospheres that make us such perfect partners. Together we focus on providing the best resident care that can be given.”

As the distributor for most of LSC’s medical supplies for its nursing homes, Grove Medical offers excellent customer service, with staff always going the extra mile and sometimes even saving the day by understanding that resident care is priority one for LSC.
Beyond the business relationship, Grove Medical has generously supported LSC’s Keeping the Promise campaign as well as the Trinity Oaks golf tournament since 2009. And in 2015, Grove made a generous annual fund gift to LSC.

“Each year as a company we identify multiple causes that we vote on to support,” Arnold said. “This past year, Grove voted to select LSC.”
