DISCOVERING HOPE: Building Vitality in Your Congregation
A Conference for Small Churches
Sponsored by the South Carolina Synod, ELCA

Pastor Nancy Nyland, the event leader, served multiple rural and small town congregations in South Dakota and Nebraska for 21 years, before joining ELCA Domestic Mission Unit in 2011 as the Director for Evangelical Mission in the Indiana-Kentucky Synod. As a former ELCA evangelism partner and member of the Discovering Hope initiative leadership, and now as a member of the Renewal Team, Pastor Nancy speaks at many state and regional conferences to bring a word of HOPE to small congregations.

Each participating congregation is asked to send a team, including the pastor and at least two lay people or at least three lay people if the pastor is not able to attend.

Registration fee: $35/person, $60/team of two, $75/team of three and Add $5 for each additional team member (four or more)
Lunch is included in the registration fee.
